On October 13, partners in every region of the world came together to raise awareness of blood clots. Landmarks were illuminated, clinicians and patient organizations held educational events and communities gathered for walks, screenings and awareness activities. This year’s campaign, From Head to Toe, Take Control, focused on women’s health and the ways thrombosis risk can change across a woman’s life.
