WTD 2026: A partner’s guide to customizing WTD materials for your community

September 7, 2026

Our World Thrombosis Day materials are built to be flexible, but a few small adjustments can make them even more effective for your specific audience. Here is how to make the most of what is already in the toolkit.

  • Match the language to your audience. Many of our flyers and fact sheets are available in more than a dozen languages.
  • Add your organization’s logo or contact information where space allows, following our brand guidelines. Many of our templates also have a Canva link that can be used for customization.
  • Choose the format that fits your setting. Print fact sheets for a waiting room, or use social graphics for an online campaign.
  • Pair materials with a short, local talking point, such as a statistic relevant to your region or patient population.

All customizable assets are available at no cost on our All Materials page. If you need a format or language that is not listed, contact the campaign team at wtd@isth.org.
