Join us for the VTE Together 2025 conference on 2 and 3 October 2025, being held in London for the first time.
VTE Together has evolved from the highly successful annual VTE Dublin meeting, established in 2014. This is the first meeting to be held in the UK, with future meetings to alternate between Ireland and the UK
Organised by a multidisciplinary group of clinicians passionate about improving VTE care both locally and internationally.
