A joint meeting between CIVIC and Thrombosis UK. Free and welcoming health care professionals to join a team of clinicians on line to discuss refractory obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). We will discuss the current best practice of managing obstetric APS and define the term ‘Refractory APS’. Then the team will discuss all the possible options for managing refractory APS and finally assemble an algorithm for managing this difficult problem. There will be time for the audience to ask questions and challenge the algorithm. At the end we will vote on the final algorithm. Copies of all the slides will be available at the end for those attending. An accredited symposium for healthcare and allied healthcare professionals.
