Thunderclap is a powerful social media tool that World Thrombosis Day (WTD) is excited to use in 2016!

How it works: Click the link above to find our WTD on Thunderclap. Once there, you’ll be asked to support the campaign on Facebook, Twitter or Tumblr. Select your preferred social media channel (or all three!) and then give Thunderclap permission to post our WTD message on 13 October.  By sharing one unified message from many people at the same time, the goal is to “flood” social media with important information about thrombosis.

When it happens: The Thunderclap will happen on 13 October (WTD) at 9:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern time. But, to participate, you have to support the campaign prior to then. Don’t wait until the last minute – join the WTD on Thunderclap today!
