The Anticoagulation Forum is pleased to announce that our 2-day Boot Camp course will be on May 17 & 18, 2024, in-person at the Sheraton Grand in Nashville, TN!
This compact 2-day meeting provides a comprehensive curriculum that covers content featuring the essential aspects of anticoagulation, disease state, and drug management with protected time for in-person learning. This meeting is kept intentionally small to enhance the learning experience thus registration will be limited and likely to sell out prior to the meeting date. Engaging discussion with our expert faculty will benefit all practitioners and “Chalk Talks” will allow for attendee participation to shape the topics.
